Vingino

Date of investment: March 2014
Type of investment: phased sale of family business; international growth
Status: in portfolio

Vingino is the ultimate jeans label for kids: it is fashionable, robust and original. Apart from denim, Vingino also has an extensive collection of tops and jackets, complemented by underwear, swimwear, footwear, eyewear and accessories.

Triacta played an active role in establishing a new organisation, introducing robust operational and financial processes and thereby preparing Vingino for accelerated international growth.

CEO Camiel Slaats:

“Triacta worked closely and hands-on with Vingino to set the company on course during the first two years following the transaction. Together we created a strong team which is now running the company independently. Triacta is analytically strong but also has a good grasp of day-to-day operations and as such can add value during the successive stages of the investment.”
